Telematics units will track device location by sending GPS coordinates to the GPS Insight Portal application. We use and store information about your location to enable many product features that are dependent upon location tracking. We may also use collected information to troubleshoot software, to conduct data analysis, to do testing, research, and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends to improve and customize the services.
We may collect information about the devices you use to access our services, including hardware details, operating system details, software details, unique device identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information,battery backup, device location and mobile network information.
As you interact with our services, we collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, access dates and times, application pages viewed, app crashes, browser details and other system activities. In addition, we use third-party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Services’ functionality. These third-party services providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Access and actions on personal information are restricted to employees of GPS Insight or authorized third-party agents, only when the information is required to perform a specific task, i.e. order processing and fulfillment.
You may correct, modify your account information at any time by logging into your online or in-app account. If you wish to cancel your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please note that in some cases we may retain certain information about you as required by law, or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law. For instance, if you have a standing credit or debit on your account, or if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms, we may seek to resolve the issue before deleting your information. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “gifs,” “pixel tags” and “tracking pixels”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails. THIRD PARTY ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics to gather, store and collate information on our visitors and users. It tells us how many unique visitors or users have accessed our services, the pages visited and the quality of access in what order and for how long etc. The service only reports on aggregate visitor data in anonymous form and does not collect personal information like addresses, names, or credit card numbers. For example, if users fill in personal details on a web site using Google Analytics, that data is not collected by or reported on by Google Analytics.We also use Google Map for realtime mapping purposes and for clear visualization of a vehicle on the Map .
